Am I obliged to log in? - No you do not have to log in to order.
Advantage of logging in:
- you do not have to fill in all name and address details again.

- You can pay with iDEAL through your own bank.
- You can pay with PayPal.
- You can transfer the full amount including shipping costs to Rabobank NL06RABO 01520 92 552 Boxershopping.nl stating the Order number. Once your payment has been received we will send your order.
- You can also pay when you pick up at one of our markets or in the store, with both a pin present.

When can I expect my order?
- If you order before 15:00 on a working day, your order will be shipped the same day. (if available and pay with iDEAL or Paypal). If you choose to transfer it, we will send your order within 24 hours as soon as we have received your payment. Of course, keep in mind that it takes a little longer on weekends and that if you pay via another bank this is not immediately visible to us.

Can I also collect my order?
- You can pick up your order at one of our markets in Amstelveen and Gouda. We also have a store in Aarlanderveen where you can also pick up your order.
- YES, if the totall amount of your order is more than € 25,- we will send your order for free within the Netherlands. Normally you pay standard low shipping costs of € 2.95
Can I return an order?
- If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return the product to us. The postage costs are for your own account. You can tell us by mail whether you want your money back or if you want to receive the same product in a different size. If you have received a wrong or broken product, we will pay the shipping costs.
Can I indicate a different delivery address?
- YES, you can specify a different delivery address on the order form. You can also indicate specifically with the comments on the form, whether your order can be delivered to the neighbors or not.
